  1. Oh My God !! What a delicious dinner we had. The marinade is FANTASTIC !!! And they were so easy to prepare. This is a Keeper for me. Cant wait to try again. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

  2. Wow, what a great meal. I only got to marinate these for about an hour, then cooked them on the barbeque. I poured some of the marinade on the steaks during cooking. Can't wait to have these chops again. Thanks for sharing this keeper.

  3. Who cooks pork chops this long!? I tried the original recipe and the marinade was middling. I added Sriracha, red wine, adobo, a bay leaf, way more salt, and coke and it improved significantly. The cook time was criminal. I tried 12 minutes for two pathetic, charred pork chops before giving up and winging it. Turns out 5 minutes was the right amount of time.

  4. Very good. Marinated mine overnight. Cooked under the broiler 5 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other.

  5. Love these. Very flavorful and simple to make. I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for sharing. Made for Gimme 5 tag.
