Balsamic Herb Lamb Chops

- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped finely
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper
directions
- Place lamb chops in a large shallow dish.
- Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey, mustard's, oregano, salt and pepper and pour the mixture over chops. Toss and rub in coat. Lay extra fresh rosemary over top of chops.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to grilling.
- Grill chops on both sides, until grilled to your liking.

I like lamb chops, my hubby loves them and this was a fantastic way to serve them.. I loved the marinade, and the flavours that came through complimented the lamb so well. A keeper for sure Tisme and one that I will be using loads this summer to marinate the meat before the BBQ. Big thumbs up from my family.. :)

Scrumptious marinade on lamb loin chops. I didn't have honey mustard (thought I did) so used all dijon and have just realised I forgot the freshly chopped rosemary - put 6 sprigs (freshly cut fromt he garden) on there - yegads I'm a doomkof. The DH cooked them on the barbie and they were delicious. Thank you Tisme, made for Edition 9 - Make My Recipe.
