- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 lb ground venison
- 5 cups thick tomato paste
- 1 glass brandy
- 7 cups beef broth
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup olive oil
directions
- combine meats.
- Form into balls.
- fry in olive oil place in deep pot with tomato sauce brandy and beef broth.
- add garlic.
- simmer 1/1/2 to two hours.
- serve meat balls and soup hot.
