  1. Cooked as said and not brown enough so cooked for 5 more min. When tried to serve it, eggs were really wet. Covered with foil and cooked 5 more min. Let set awhile and served edge pieces which were still pretty wet and didn't stay together very well, leaving most of meat in pan. Put middle of casserole back in to cook for 10 more min. Will try again but with half the milk. So glad I wasn't planning this for a carry in as it would have ruined it. As it was, dinner was really late tonight!

  2. Made half a recipe for the two of us and and left over for later this week. I did add red pepper and onion while sauteing the pork. May add green chilies next time. Used a Mexican cheese and was great.

  3. I made 2 batches of this for coffee hour at church and they evaporated. People love them. Half way between a crustless quiche and a biscuit. VERY moist! I used plain sausage instead of hot as there are many people who can't eat hot at church. I also used Recipe #452092 as I do not keep Bisquick in the house. This is cheaper and always fresh.

  4. My new favorite breakfast casserole! So easy and very yummy. I used the packaged turkey sausage crumbles, which made it super fast to throw together. Perfect consistency- not too eggy, but also not too bread-y. I was looking for something to cook up on the weekend to take to work for breakfast, and this fit the bill perfectly. Haven't tried freezing it, but will try that also. Thanks weekend cooker- a definite keeper!

  5. Wonderful morning casserole!! I made this but only made 1/4 of the recipe amounts, which served about 1-2 servings. I served it with some fresh mixed fruit. I used Bob Evan's ground sausage (don't care for the hot sausage) and added some minced green bell peppers, otherwise, made as written. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Went to the Market Tag Game.

  1. Loved this. I'm looking forward to trying it with some ham instead of the sausage and adding in some mushrooms and peppers.
