  1. I am so suprised that this does not have 100+ 5 star reviews. Its' fabulous!!!! I could have done with a few more cherries but that said, for the calories, it's divine. We'll be making this a lot this summer. Thanks!!

  2. Following the suggestion in another review, I prepared this and poured into a graham cracker crust to chill. I used finely chopped pecans in place of peanuts and it had a definite "Holiday" taste. I'll be making this again for a nice light dessert after Christmas dinner. Made for Alphabet Soup Game. Thanks so much for posting!

  3. Wow! This is really good. Will make with a graham cracker crust next time.

  4. This is a dream and delicious. I refigured the nutritional part: It is about 125 calories per 1 cup serving; 2 grams of fat; 1 g sat. fat; 0 g cholestorol; 50 g sodium; 15 g carbs; 5 g protein; 10 % calcium. Everything else is zero. See my other reviews for health recipes. Enjoy!

  5. Yumm! I am already adding this to my next grocery list.

I love to find recipes that are addictive and yet healthy at the same time. I am a SAHM and I am always looking for easy and yummy recipes to cook. My mother's side of the family is lebanese, so I cook quite a bit of middle eastern foods. When I rate foods, I only give five stars to foods that taste addictive, are healthy and look attractive and appealling.
