  • Blend the ingredients, except the pasta, together in a blender or food processor.
  • In a large pot, cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain and toss with the pesto.

Tweaks

  1. I used the best olive oil I could find which I think makes a difference. Also, I wonder if some pine nuts in the pesto mix would make it even better? I might try that next time.
