Two I've been making for years are Boef stroganoff and yellow squash casserole. I also make homemade chili in colder weather, which starts up later in Texas. I'm a chronic illness patient and don't cook extensively, anymore, but I like to read recipes and pass on to family and friends. I still create recipes and test them out.
